The Restaurant at Hill Farm
The Restaurant at Hill Farm opened in 2022 in a beautiful new post and beam structure with panoramic views of the Green Mountains, just steps from our main Inn. Our Chef, Austin Poulin is a Vermont native who honed his considerable talents at Blue Hill at Stone Barns. He creates seasonal menus that celebrate local cuisine, sourced mainly from our own market garden and from our neighboring farms. Our guests are welcome to gather at our farm-and-mountain view tables, with seasonal outdoor seating, or sit at the chef’s counter with its wood burning fireplace. Our beautiful bar offers craft cocktails, local draft beers and a wide selection of wines.
